Meet the Designer: Del Harley and Melanie Monroe met years ago in Nashville, Tennessee and became immediate friends. One night Del had a dream that so inspired her, she quickly e-mailed its details to Melanie. At that point, the two realized that they were onto something unique and quickly put their creative energies together to develop what would become CHANGE: A starter kit. The purpose of the kit is to create an easy and fun way to get people to take stock of their personal well-being and their impact on the world around them.
