- Available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Unless you specify otherwise, gift certificates will be e-mailed to the respective person. The e-gift will include your personalized note, e-gift number that will be used to redeem the e-gift, and expiry date. E-gifts and gift certificates are valid for one year. Click here for a sample of an E-gift. Gift cards can also be mailed. All papery products used by KellyGreen-Way.com are printed with low impact/soy based inks on eco-friendly paper.

Are you sending a gift? Don’t forget to select Gift Wrap during checkout! Your gift will be delivered beautifully appointed in a reusable and recyclable box made of 100% recycled Kraft paper and wrapped delicately with a biodegradable ribbon. Your comments will be neatly handwritten on hemp paper! If you purchase a gift and do not wish to have it gift wrapped, we will also include a handwritten note free of charge. In-stock merchandise usually ships within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OR ON THE WEEKEND. WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations. Alaska and Hawaii residents please call 917.733.5821.
All orders ship via UPS, FED EX or the United States Parcel Service unless otherwise noted. A signature is required for delivery of all orders. Estimated delivery dates for made-to-order products will be noted in the description. For oversize packages, standard shipping rates do not apply. In this case, the shipping rate will be determined by the size of the package, weight and destination. Sometimes items that were ordered together may not ship together. Shipping charges are based on the amount of the merchandise per address. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer can not be gift wrapped and will be noted in the product description.

- We make it a priority to use earth friendly materials for our shipping and papery needs. It is The Kelly Green-Way!
1. Note cards - Printed on seeded paper with soy based ink. Yes, plant it and watch the wildflowers grow!
2. Stationary and envelopes – Printed on hemp paper.
3. Shipping boxes – We reuse a lot of the boxes we receive from our suppliers to ship your orders. Please recycle or reuse the boxes for your shipping needs.
4. Packing Materials – As much as possible, we recycle the packing materials that were sent to us from our suppliers. We encourage you to do the same - recycle or reuse the materials sent to you for your shipping needs. At times, we will reuse packing materials to protect fragile items that may contain Styrofoam or bubble wrap. Please reuse or recycle these materials.

6. Gift Boxes (Coming Soon...) – Your gift will be delivered beautifully appointed in a reusable and recyclable box made of 100% recycled paper and wrapped delicately with a bidodegradible ribbon. The return authorization number along with return address will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Please mark the box clearly with the return authorization number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, please return the merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
You will receive a credit in the amount of the price of the merchandise only. Shipping, gift wrapping, and taxes charges are nonrefundable. Made-to-order products are nonrefundable.
Please return merchandise in original packaging. Items must not be worn, washed or used and in it’s original condition.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
When your return is received, it will be processed within 7 days.
Your refund will show on your credit card statement within 2 billing cycles.
We are not responsible for items we do not receive; please insure and ship your package with a tracking number.
For merchandise returned due to our error or manufacturer defect, please call 917.733.5821 for further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience. We assure you that we will rectify the problem promptly.
Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly. Keep all packing materials, box and the item(s) in question until further notice from the carrier.
